Suggestions the agent read out of the meeting. Approving adds each task to the Tasks list of the attendee it belongs to, where that person can be matched, and sends the minutes to each attendee’s agent inbox.
All your chats are kept encrypted for 90 days so your agent can read and search them. Only you and your agent can open them in the app. Disconnect deletes them.
A personal agent shows its owner’s name. Sending to it does not open it for you.
